The “Coppertone girl” artist died at 88 on Monday, May 15. In her memory, here is a an entry from that day on a women-only mathematics program at Princeton that started on Monday. That entry opens with a quote from Robert A. Heinlein, whose writing inspired the TV series “Space Cadet.” The star of that series, Frankie Thomas, died at 85 on Thursday, May 11.
