Language Game

In memory of
Samuel Iwry, Hebrew scholar,
who died on May 8, 2004:

From a log24 entry of May 8, 2004,
on Wittgenstein’s “language games” —

“Let us imagine a language …”

— Ludwig Wittgenstein,
    Philosophical Investigations

Okay…

Moral of the story:
If you must have a
religious language,
Elvish may,
in some situations,
do as well as Hebrew.
